Platform questions.

What does "multi-tenant" mean here?
Each company runs on a multi-tenant PostgreSQL data model with its own entitlements, theming, and role definitions. Module enable/disable is controlled per company, and the licensing/navigation surface stays stable as modules arrive.
How are modules gated?
A two-stage control: module entitlement plus company enablement. Every new module ships with a catalog entry, entitlement check, role permissions, API enforcement, navigation rules, documentation, tests, and audit coverage for sensitive mutations.
How is security handled?
Argon2id password hashing, TOTP MFA enforced for privileged roles, account lockout and rate limiting, AES-256-GCM encryption for sensitive fields, plus CSRF, origin, CSP, session, and HTTP-header protections.
Do employees and subcontractors share an interface?
No — employee and subcontractor portal boundaries are explicit architectural features. Each surface is designed and permissioned independently.
Can it scale to thousands of workers?
Yes — the platform is designed for companies ranging from hundreds to thousands of workers per tenant.
Hosted or self-hosted — what's the difference?
